Customer Service Representative

SmartTalent is seeking to hire a customer service representative for a local restoration company based in Woodinville,WA. This is a temp to hire position with full time hours.

PAY: $22 - $24/HR DOE

LOCATION: Woodinville,WA

SCHEDULE:

Monday - Friday - 7am - 4pm

Job Details:

• Welcomes and greets clients or customers.

• Professionally answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of call, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.

• Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voicemail when appropriate personnel are not available.

• Effectively listens to any customer complaints or concerns, taking down all pertinent information and passing it to the appropriate person for resolution. Diffuses situations involving challenging callers (customers, technicians, contractors, etc.)

• Creates, organizes, and maintains a job file system.

• Creates physical and electronic files for new jobs.

• Makes copies of correspondence, forms, and other printed materials.

• Keeps job files updated in COES and PSA

• CRM Use: Uses CRM daily, data entry, training, database administration, running reports

• Prepares outgoing mail, invoices, statements, and correspondence, including email and faxes.

• Updates vendor program job files using XactAnalysis & Client Portals

• Prepares and prints water department work orders every day for the next business day.

• Maintains a presentable front reception area.

• Regularly performs quality control calls to customers.

• Meets company standards for attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications:

• Courteous and clear telephone voice

• Excellent customer service skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to listen to and transcribe phone messages accurately

• Good working knowledge of filing systems

• Detail oriented

• Proven ability to work independently

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions

• Proven organizational skills and ability to multitask

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• A minimum of 6 months experience in an office environment
